Wellmox DSR

Wellmox DSR is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and prokinetic combination formulated to treat gastrointestinal conditions related to excess stomach acid and impaired gut motility.

Composition

• Rabeprazole: 20mg
• Domperidone(Sustained Release): 30mg

Indications

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Chronic acidity and heartburn
• Peptic ulcers and gastritis
• Dyspepsia (indigestion)
• Nausea and vomiting linked to acid reflux
• Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (acid overproduction)

Dosage

• Should be taken once a day or as directed by the physician
• Should be taken preferably on an empty stomach (about 30 minutes to an hour before breakfast) to ensure optimal absorption.
